This End User License Agreement covers Invoice Tracker Sync, an internal integration built and operated solely by Innivee Strategies to connect its own QuickBooks Online account to its own internal invoice-tracking tools. It is not distributed publicly and is not available for use by any third party.
By operating this integration, Innivee Strategies agrees to:
- Access QuickBooks Online data only to reconcile invoice status against internal project records.
- Store all credentials as encrypted secrets within its private source repository, never in plain text.
- Not share, sell, or expose any QuickBooks data to any party outside Innivee Strategies.
