Consultants
Shane Feldman, CAE
Shane Feldman is the CEO of Innivee Strategies. He has over twenty years of exceptional and invigorating leadership that has impacted many national and local organizations along with their stakeholders.
As a nonprofit executive, he aligned associations to the expectations of their boards and members. These achievements came through systemic changes to policies, processes, and practices that resulted in significant increases in visibility, efficiency, revenues, accountability, and influence.
Shane received his Master’s in Management and Certificate in Nonprofit Financial Management from the University of Maryland University College and was selected to the Diversity Executive Leadership Program in the American Society of Association Executives. He is a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
Davin Searls
Davin has over 15 years facilitating organizational development and leadership programming for community organizations and leaders, both in the United States and worldwide. His most notable accomplishments include consulting the Philippine Federation of the Deaf (PFD), which successfully passed the Filipino Sign Language Act into law. Davin has won and managed over $3.5 million in grant funding to date. He has served on a number of local, state, national, and international committees, working groups, and boards. Davin was recognized as one of the Rochester 10 in the 2017 feature by CITY News.
Samantha Wulz
Sam Wulz is a full-time consultant at Innivee Strategies, where she combines her passion for partnering with the Deaf community and her knowledge of sign language interpreting systems. She advocates for community-centered initiatives and human rights for Deaf people and People with Disabilities worldwide. Sam holds a Master’s in International Development from Gallaudet University, where she received the Euphrasia Mbewe Award for Excellence in Social Advocacy Work (2023). Sam completed professional field placements at Deaf Worlds (DDW) in Washington D.C., and the Psycho-Education and Applied Research Center for the Deaf (PARD) in Vietnam. With a background in project design and implementation, Sam co-developed a literacy-focused Deaf Mentor Project in Vietnam and supported the first Interpreter Training Program (ITP) in Kurdistan, Iraq. She also works as a freelance ASL/English interpreter maintaining national, state, and educational interpreting credentials.
Melissa Elmira Yingst
Melissa Elmira Yingst is a full-time consultant at Innivee Strategies working closely with community initiatives in transformational change. She is a passionate professional dedicated to uncovering hidden narratives and advocating for social awareness. With a background in Psychology from Gallaudet University and a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University, she has served in diverse roles within the community, including work with nonprofit organizations, as a social worker, school counselor, and ASL teacher. Her consulting work draws from her leadership experience with organizations such as Deaf Women United, Council de Manos, and the National Counselors of the Deaf Association. Melissa’s leadership, facilitation, and contributions to the media have been recognized in various publications

TraciAnn Hoglind
Bio
TraciAnn Hoglind brings over a decade of multifaceted experience spanning public health, research, marketing, and accessibility across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Formerly serving as the Director of ASL Telehealth Services at Communication Service for the Deaf, she was pivotal in reshaping healthcare accessibility for the deaf community. Hoglind founded a public health nonprofit to deliver inclusive education, securing a grant for a collaborative initiative that involved a COVID-19 research study and contributing to the formulation of deaf-inclusive policy measures for national emergencies.
In addition to her nonprofit work, Hoglind has held key roles in managing accessibility and policy at the city and state government levels at the Division of Disability Rights for the City and County of Denver and the Maryland Governor’s Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
TraciAnn holds a Master’s in Public Health from Boston University, where she earned the prestigious Inaugural Restuccia Award for Achievement in Social Justice in Community Health. Recognized as one of de Beaumont’s 40 Under 40 in Public Health, she continues to be a trailblazer in advancing equitable and accessible solutions.

Bio
History Estill-Varner is an accomplished professional with expertise in American Sign Language/English Interpreting and International Development. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in ASL/English Interpreting and International Studies, she received a Fulbright U.S. Student Research grant for a project in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, focusing on improving Deaf access.
She later served as Co-Executive Director at Deaf Worlds, providing leadership and training to Deaf NGOs in Asia and Latin America. Transitioning to the private sector, she now works for HiBob, managing global enablement programming. Additionally, as a nationally certified freelance interpreter, History offers her services in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia metro areas.

Kathryn Canfield, SHRM-CP
Bio
With over 20 years of experience in K-12, higher education and non-profit organizations, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to executive searches from a human resources perspective. A member of Society for Human Resources Manager (SHRM) since 2016 as well as a credentialed SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in HR.
