GNMH Director of Deaf Services and Language Access

The Director of Deaf Services and Language Access leads GNMH’s specialized Deaf Services Team and oversees agency-wide language access. The Director manages and coordinates quality patient care services for clients of the Deaf Services Team and is accountable for all professional, administrative, and clinical activities within the department. Across the agency, the Director ensures that clients with limited English proficiency have equitable access to care through coordinated translation and interpretation services. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director supervises the Deaf Services Clinical Team (therapists, case manager, supported employment) and GNMH interpreting staff.
