This led to pursuing advancement opportunities in Accounting and Human Resources which involved her in organizational planning, strategic development, and growth. Monique continues to be an active member of her community by seeking out fun cultural events and giving back through her nonprofit work.
With a work hard and play hard philosophy, in her spare time she enjoys bowling, art and loves exploring California beaches and mountains by hiking and paddleboarding. Monique’s life mission is to inspire, elevate and empower members of her community to succeed and achieve their goals.
