The Nebraska Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is excited to announce its collaboration with Innivee Strategies, a Deaf-led firm specializing in leadership and organizational development, to support our search for a new Executive Director.

Innivee Strategies, renowned for its organizational and leadership development consulting services, will leverage its substantial expertise to support our efforts to define and identify the ideal candidate to lead the comprehensive services that our commission provides to Nebraska’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Their impressive history of successfully conducting searches for numerous organizations and state agencies positions them to build support for our search process and bring forth a group of candidates for the role.
