The World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) has announced the appointment of Mr. John Moore as its next Executive Director, beginning January 2026. Innivee Strategies extends our sincere congratulations to Mr. Moore and to the WFD Board on this important leadership milestone.
Mr. Moore brings deep experience in international nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and financial strategy. His expertise aligns with WFD’s mission to advance human rights and sign language equality for more than 70 million Deaf people worldwide.

Innivee Strategies was honored to support WFD by leading the recruitment phase of the Executive Director transition. Our work focused on attracting a strong global candidate pool and elevating leaders whose experience, values, and commitment to Deaf communities aligned with WFD’s priorities for the role.
The WFD Board led the subsequent selection and decision-making processes and concluded with the appointment of Mr. Moore.
