Innivee Strategies is honored to once again partner with the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf (LCD) to launch the second cohort of the Louisiana Deaf Leadership Development Program (LD2)!
The impact we made together in 2024 was truly inspiring. We witnessed firsthand how leadership development strengthens our community—empowering Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals to step into their full potential, advocate for change, and build a more inclusive future. That experience continues to motivate us, and we are eager to build on that momentum with a new cohort of emerging leaders.
LD2 is a six-month, no-cost program designed to cultivate leadership skills, foster connections, and challenge participants to grow. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about learning, ready to step outside their comfort zones, and eager to make a lasting impact in their communities.
