Deaf Community Services of San Diego (DCS) has released its Executive Director Prospectus and opened its application process for the DCS Executive Director search. The prospectus includes important information for interested candidates, including an overview of DCS, its programs and services, and the leader profile, which outlines the ideal qualifications for the Executive Director role.

The DCS Executive Director Prospectus and leader profile were developed with input from Board, staff, and community members through six focus groups and an online survey with 65 respondents. Both DCS and Innivee Strategies wish to thank the San Diego community for their ongoing input throughout this process.
