The DEAF, Inc. Executive Director prospectus and leader profile was developed thanks to input from Board, staff, and community members through three focus groups and an online survey. This leader profile is a result of participation from focus group participants and 45 survey respondents. We are grateful to the community for their valuable input throughout this process.
