Innivee Strategies is proud to celebrate the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB) on the approval of its new Strategic Plan. Through a community-driven process, CSDB’s Board of Trustees, students, families, staff, and community members came together to shape a plan built on belonging, access, and strong outcomes for Deaf, Blind, and DeafBlind students statewide.
We were honored to serve as CSDB’s strategic planning partner throughout this process, supporting stakeholder focus groups, community surveys offered in ASL, English, and Spanish, and a Strategic Planning Committee that carried this work forward to Board approval. The result is a plan grounded in the voices of the CSDB community and centered on CSDB’s vision of itself as Colorado’s first-choice school and statewide leader.
