Innivee Strategies is proud to announce a new strategic planning partnership with the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH). This collaboration marks the beginning of a strategic planning process designed to help MCDHH clarify priorities, strengthen community connections, and build a clear roadmap for serving Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing Missourians.
About the Initiative
Strategic planning is a collaborative process that helps organizations align their mission, priorities, and resources to better serve their communities. Through this partnership, Innivee Strategies will work closely with MCDHH to support the development of a strategic plan grounded in accessibility, inclusion, and meaningful community engagement.
The goal of this initiative is to create a practical and forward-looking plan that reflects the lived experiences and needs of Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing individuals across Missouri.
Partnership in Action
This process will include surveys, focus groups, and other community engagement efforts to gather feedback from individuals and groups impacted by the work of MCDHH. Participants may include community members, service providers, professionals, partners, and other stakeholders connected to MCDHH’s mission.
Feedback gathered throughout this process will remain confidential and will be summarized in data reports to help inform priorities, identify areas of opportunity, and guide decision-making.
“MCDHH is thrilled to be working toward the development of a strategic plan,” said Clark, Chair of the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. “Our goal at the end of this process is to have a clear direction in how we connect with and serve Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind Missourians.”
“We are honored to partner with the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing on this important initiative,” said Shane Feldman, CEO of Innivee Strategies. “This process will be inclusive, accessible, and collaborative, with a strong focus on the lived experiences of Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing Missourians. It is essential that this plan be shaped by a wide range of community perspectives.”
Building on Shared Values
The strategic plan will be shaped by MCDHH’s guiding principles of leadership, innovation, equality, and public service rooted in public trust. By centering community feedback and data-informed engagement, this partnership aims to support a plan that is both actionable and responsive to the communities MCDHH serves.
