New Mexico School for the Deaf Announces Accreditation & Strategic Plan Initiative
A Five Year Cycle
Every 5 years, NMSD goes through an accreditation process under the Conference of Educational Administrators of Schools and Programs for the Deaf (CEASD). The accreditation process also drives NMSD’s five-year strategic planning process.
In preparation of NMSD’s accreditation renewal in 2023, NMSD has hired Innivee Strategies, Inc., a Deaf-led organizational and leadership development firm, to support the accreditation process. This includes developing community surveys in ASL, English, and Spanish, analyzing the data, supporting our internal accreditation team, and facilitating the development of our next strategic plan.
