Innivee Strategies is proud to partner with the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB) as they launch a comprehensive five-year strategic planning process to strengthen the school’s mission and shape the future for Deaf, Blind, and DeafBlind learners across Colorado.
As CSDB’s strategic planning partner, Innivee Strategies, Inc. will guide an inclusive, accessible process designed to clarify priorities, align resources, and build a practical roadmap for the next five years—grounded in community voice, shared accountability, and long-term impact.
A roadmap for responsible growth and lasting impact
A strategic plan is CSDB’s roadmap for how the school will grow, invest resources responsibly, strengthen programs, and improve student outcomes so every learner has the access and opportunities they need to thrive.
Together, CSDB and Innivee Strategies will define:
- Where the school is today
- Where the school wants to go
- How the school will get there
This includes aligning programs, resources, and decisions with the values and aspirations that drive CSDB’s mission, ensuring CSDB is responsive to today’s needs while also building intentionally for the future.
Community voice at the center because access is how CSDB operates
This process will be collaborative, inclusive, and fully accessible, grounded in CSDB’s core value of Transformative Trust—a commitment to lead with emotional intelligence, vulnerability, and shared accountability.
CSDB and Innivee Strategies will gather input through:
- Focus groups with key stakeholders (including students, families, staff, alumni, and community leaders)
- Accessible surveys designed to capture community priorities and lived experiences
Your input matters because the future of CSDB should be shaped by the people who know it, live it, and believe in it.
Confidential, accessible, and focused on real outcomes
Innivee Strategies will collect and analyze the input from surveys and focus groups. All data will be kept strictly confidential and will be shared back only in summary form, with no identifying information included.
CSDB is also forming an Ad Hoc Strategic Planning Committee composed of board members, staff, and parents of current students. This committee will help guide the process by reviewing community input, identifying key priorities, and ensuring the final plan reflects real experiences and aspirations across the CSDB community.
